Excellent work from the initial discussions to completing the letting. Thank you so much for your guidance and for managing this process, especially for handling issues when I could not be around, accommodating my requests, and keeping me updated regularly. Honestly exceptional! Follwells were absolutely great to work with when selling a relative's house. They went above and beyond to make sure I understood the process of selling through probate and gave us loads of practical advice. They acted sensitively, but valued the house honestly, with clear knowledge of the property market. They completed all the viewings and helped us to navigate the offers made. Their communication from start to completion was brilliant and there was always someone to pick up the phone (no having to go through a system to talk to anyone).
