Honestly exceptional! Follwells were absolutely great to work with when selling a relative's house. They went above and beyond to make sure I understood the process of selling through probate and gave us loads of practical advice. They acted sensitively, but valued the house honestly, with clear knowledge of the property market. They completed all the viewings and helped us to navigate the offers made. Their communication from start to completion was brilliant and there was always someone to pick up the phone (no having to go through a system to talk to anyone). Very helpful and friendly staff, Big thank you to Adam and Donna who were very pleasant and helpful the whole way through the purchase of our new property  answered any questions we had and came back to us with the answer if they were unsure. Although Follwells were acting as the seller’s estate agents, we couldn’t have asked for better service throughout our house purchase. From the very beginning, they were friendly, approachable, and always happy to help. They kept us regularly updated on the progress of the sale, ensuring we always knew what was happening and never felt left in the dark. Having lost my Father last year I had to sell his bungalow in the westlands. The whole team at Folwells were amazing and gave me the advice I needed in order to sell.
